This site is the personal website of Raili Maripuu. It is intended to present teaching, wellness, and professional work. We collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

• Email you send us. If you write to me@railimaripuu.com, or use the contact form on the home page (which opens your own email app to send a message), we process the content of your message and your email address to reply and, where relevant, arrange classes, collaborations, or licensing. The form itself does not store messages on this website.
• Technical logs. Hosting or CDN providers may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability. Those logs are controlled by the host under their own terms.

Cookies

A small cookie banner appears on your first visit. Only necessary cookies run by default (to store your consent preference). Optional analytics stay off until you choose “Accept all” or enable them in Cookie settings. You can change your mind anytime via the Cookies link in the footer.

Analytics (optional)

This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NPKM2BJW) with Consent Mode (Advanced): analytics and advertising storage default to denied until you opt in. If you accept optional analytics (“Accept all” or enable it in Cookie settings), we grant analytics_storage so tags that require that consent (including Google Analytics 4 configured inside GTM) may run for aggregate visits and page use. Advertising storage stays denied; we do not use ad personalisation tags. Google may process this data in the United States under its terms; see Google’s privacy policy. You can withdraw analytics consent anytime via Cookies in the footer.

What we do not do

• We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data.
• We do not require an account to browse this site.
• We do not enable analytics storage (or fire analytics tags that require it) unless you opt in to optional analytics.

Your rights (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Contact me@railimaripuu.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived under normal mailbox practices.
